The process

1. INITIAL CONSULT

We assist each candidate that you have in the interview process, regardless of who is likely to be the club house leader. We will have an initial call with you to better understand your needs as an organization and share our process in greater detail.

2. PHONE OR ZOOM CALL

We will connect with each candidate to better understand what is important to them in a community and new home. We will discuss their preferences in housing style, community activities, commute times, schools, and ideal budget.

3. PRE-ARRIVAL

We will use a shared technology platform with the candidates to provide insight on the communities, videos of the area, up to date market graphs, and available homes. The goal of this stage is to develop a diverse game plan for their tour.

4. IN PERSON TOUR

We will arrange an Advisory Tour around the interview schedule you have in place. The goal of this tour is to educate the candidates on the areas identified. We will have a Chauffeur pick up the candidate from their hotel or the airport and a licensed agent of Advisory Tours will guide the candidate through communities and available homes.

5. ACCEPTANCE

We will work with the candidates throughout the interview process to narrow in on a community and home that fits their needs. While they are out of town we will provide FaceTime videos of homes that match their interests and provide boots on the ground until they can return to view more homes prior to their start date.

6. SECURE HOUSING

Between acceptance and the start date, we will be in constant communication with the candidate to make sure they have everything they need for a smooth transition. We will continue to tour homes until we have identified one that is a fit. Our agent will negotiate the purchase of the home and guide them through the entire home purchase process.
